Not sure what you meant by your comment, but you seem to imply that the twelve year old should have “known better” and resisted the advances of a man more than three times her age.
I’m really disgusted when children are violated by adults and other adults seem to think that the child was on high enough a maturational level to somehow invite or consent to the inappropriate contact.
