Kimora Lee Simmons plans for the remains of her 18 year-old dog Zoe who passed away:
“You have to… grieve. It’s okay to take time and say this meant something to my life and (to) honor it. There is a company that makes diamonds out of your loved ones. They make diamonds from a little of the carbon from the ash, so I might do that. I might turn her into a diamond.”
What ever happened to putting the ashes in an urn or burying them? That turning a dead dog into a diamond talk just sounds a bit ‘off’.

Yeah, I know it sounds REALLY strange. I didn’t know that could be done either. But the sentimental value in it is HUGE. If you put them on a necklace, you literally will keep them close to your heart. I know a diamond is materialistic and ONLY a representation of a love lost, but for some people the sentimental value in that is HUGE and not to mention priceless.

Oh no! Kimora and Russell had that dog for a long time. I remember seeing her on the 24 hours with Russel Simmons video and there was Zoe. At the time Kimora was pregnant with Ming Lee. I also remember Kimora bringing Zoe on Life and Style as one of the things that she couldn’t live without. I liked that dog.
