most regular folks get taxes taken out of there checks by the sharecroppers they work for so they hardly worry about it…
most artists who work for themselves have the responsibility of calculating their own taxes..if you make millions an have several sources of income this is quite the task so it’s easy to see why celebs slip up sometimes with that..

@deeperthanmost – Here’s a novel idea…Get a CPA who is WELL AWARE of when tax season is, and in fact, is his JOB to ensure your taxes are paid. That way, these busy artists can worry about more important things… You know these stars don’t do their own taxes anyway…

Where I come from we have another saying.
