Obama Stops to Grab a Bite

President Obama told his staff to make a quick pit stop to the famous Ben’s Chili Bowl in D.C. People were in awe, and rightfully so. During the stop, Mr. President took the time to order his own damn food, and play with a few kids before tackling his chili dog like it stole something.

If you are from DC this is the norm. All celebrities go to Ben’s Chili Bowl when they come to DC. The place has tons of pictures of all kinds of celebrtities including other Presidents like George Bush. So this is nothing new. Lordy be!!! This man is too real, and I love it! I live in the great MD, but unfortunately I don’t have the energy to fight the large crowds in hopes of seeing our President Obama. I will be at home with the kiddies though, watching the hell outta c-Span!
Remember Pres Clinton was the same way. He gave the SS massive headaches because he wanted to be out amongst the people. He jogged to McDonald’s (I believe the one off PA avenue, across from the New Executive Office bldg), when he first came into office and those guys (SS) flipped.
I no longer worry for his safety because I’m praying to a faithful God that will protect him and his family!
