Washington got desperate to save his job, he then went to sensitivity training and anger management. He gave like three contradictory stories and interviews as to what really happened before Grey’ Anatomy & NBC dropped him.

Isiah Washington got everything he deserved. Nowhere in America can the average man call a co-worker a faggot and then choke another co-worker. Washington also has a history of being difficult to work with, and that is back in his early days when he used to work with black actor and black films, before he ever worked with whites.
