Some may call her crazy, but Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Moniece Slaughter makes it no secret that she will come off the rails if anyone crosses her — especially when it comes to talking badly about her as a mother. While she did attack co-star and enemy Amanda Secor for talking bad about her, it should come as no surprise that Moniece and her baby daddy, Fizz, have gotten into altercations in the past over their son. However, Moniece claims she wasn’t the only aggressor in those situations.
Earlier on the show, Fizz mentioned his turbulent relationship with Moniece, which led to the former B2K rapper obtaining an order of protection against Mo after she busted his car windows.
However, in a recent interview with Cocoa Fab, Moniece dished that is was Fizz who was violent with her.
“I never made it to the car because he physically assaulted me before I could get there,” Monice said. Moniece would go on to describe other instances in which Fizz was allegedly abusive.
“He has done things like kick my dog across the room and he decided to engage a full-on fight with me after he threatened to take my son and never bring him back home,” Moniece said, adding, “He is selfish, spoiled and he has this ridiculous sense of entitlement. In his home that is nurtured and everyone walks on eggshells around him. He carries that with him in real life.”
Despite it all, Moniece said that she reluctantly agreed to do the show with Fizz as a means to get back in the music industry. Though she’s convinced more than ever that Fizz used her to paint himself as a great parent, she’s hoping that the exposure could be a “good way to come back to the business.”
“Music is one of the only ways that I’m able to express myself in extreme situations,” she said. “I have all these emotions and it’s like, why [not] use the show as a platform to help me come back on a broader scale.”
