Kim Kardashian Narrowly Misses Accident

Kim Kardashian narrowly avoided an accident as she arrived at LAX airport. The Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s star was mobbed by paparazzi and fans as she arrived back in her home town. Exiting the terminal the pregnant star narrowly avoided tripping over a fallen photographer while walking to her car. Showing off her balancing skills the beautiful brunette made a quick side step in her nude stiletto heels to avoid a possible disaster. Luckily for the fallen photographer a member of Kim’s security team was there to lend a helping hand.
