It looks like it’s still all smiles in the Carter’s world as of Halloween. The Prince Of Zamunda and his rose bearer came to bless the party goers at 1Oak NYC with their presence. This is the first time the couple has been pictured together after their ex-publicist came forward, admitting the Jay-z and Rihanna rumors were contrived, yet still shook up the Carter’s relationship.
