Homeowner Says NBA Star & Wife Broke Off Mansion Sale Out Of The Blue

NBA star Devin Harris has been accused of backing out of a deal to buy a $1.5 million dollar Dallas mansion – and the owner is demanding the basketball star pay him the full amount ASAP!

Samuel Aflalo sued the Dallas Mavericks player and his wife Meghan for breach of contract in Dallas County Court.

The suit explains that the man is the owner of a Dallas mansion. Back in November, Harris entered into an agreement to purchase the property for $1.45 million and the deal was to close on December 18th. The owner says Harris had a time frame to cancel the agreement but he didn’t. Then a day prior to the deal closing the NBA star informed the man he was backing out.

Aflalo says the deal is enforceable and is demanding the court force the couple to pay up for reneging on the sale. He is seeking one million in compensation, unspecified damages and his lawyers fees, according to his complaint.
