The Game & Priscilla Rainey

The Game Said He Never Assaulted Accuser Priscilla Rainey

The Game has finally responded to a reality show contestant’s $10 million sexual battery case against him.

The Game – real name Jayceon Taylor – finally responded to Priscilla Rainey’s suit, which claims an inebriated Taylor groped her vagina and buttocks several times while out on what Rainey believed was a mandatory late night date after filming the TV show “She’s Got Game.”

The West Coast rapper initially didn’t answer Rainey’s complaint, so last month, an Illinois federal court ruled against him by default. But now, the rapper has come out swinging, denying all Rainey’s sexual assault allegations.

“Defendant denies committing any of the alleged acts,” The Game’s answer, filed last week in U.S. District Court of Eastern Illinois, said.

The Game said he never conspired with the show’s producers to force Rainey to go out on the after hours date by telling her it was a mandatory part of the show. He said he never took her out, wasn’t drunk and high and didn’t abuse her repeatedly by grabbing her private parts over the course of the evening.

He denied that his behavior caused Rainey physical, emotional and psychological damages, or that it was for his own sexual gratification and to degrade Rainey.

The Game and Rainey are due back in court later this month.
