Priscilla Rainey Suing The Game For Sexual Battery

The “She’s Got Game” contestant suing The Game for sexually molesting her after filming the reality show thinks her co-stars will help her convict the West Coast rapper.

Priscilla Rainey plans to call on her co-stars to testify on her behalf in her sex abuse case against The Game. All of the contestants on the reality show – including winner Rebecca Silvera and runner up Briona Mae – have been named as possible witnesses in the federal civil case, according to documents obtained by BOSSIP.

Rainey said in court papers that they likely knew about him allegedly assaulting her during an after-hours date, and witnessed her confronting him about the alleged incident. Rainey also plans to call the show’s security guards and production staff.

And it looks like The Game – real name Jayceon Taylor – has the same strategy in mind, because he filed court docs the day after Rainey did, also subpoenaing the contestants, along with his assistant, manager and a makeup artist to prove he didn’t abuse Rainey.

“May have information relating to the allegations that are the subject of this action and information relating to the behavior and character of Plaintiff,” The Game’s court docs state. “Has personal knowledge regarding the night of the alleged incident described in the complaint.”

The Game said he’ll also reveal evidence from his phone records and arrest records reportedly of Rainey from Florida.

Rainey sued The Game last year, claiming a high and drunk Taylor groped her vagina and buttocks several times while out on what Rainey believed was a mandatory late night date after filming the show.

The West Coast rapper initially didn’t answer Rainey’s complaint, so last month, an Illinois federal court ruled against him by default. But now, the rapper has come out swinging, denying all Rainey’s sexual assault allegations.
