BOSSIP Exclusive: Cissy & Pat Houston Say They Won’t Pay For Wrongful Death Suit Against Nick Gordon

Houstons Fire Back in Bobbi Kristina Estate Suit 1

Last month, Hargrove sued the Houston’s for “breach of trust” for not using money from Bobbi Kristina’s trust fund to pay the costs of running her estate.

Before she died, Bobbi Kristina appointed the pair to manage her trust, and the trust is supposed to pay all of Brown’s estate’s expenses. The Houston’s, as co-trustees, have to sign off on any money coming in or going out.

But Pat and Cissy refused to pay a bill unless they thought it was “reasonable,” Hargrove said in her complaint, and as a result, none of the estate’s expenses were paid. Hargrove said she’s insisted to Pat and Cissy that they release the trust money, but the pair hasn’t budged. We’ve reached out to Pat for comment, but BOSSIP’s efforts to reach Cissy weren’t successful.

In their answer, the Houston’s denied everything, and claimed they have been paying the bills to operate Bobbi Kristina’s estate. They said Hargrove has incessantly “vex(ed) and harass(ed)” them to pay for things that had nothing to do with running the estate, and cited the wrongful death suit and Hargrove’s expenses.
