BOSSIP Exclusive: Cissy & Pat Houston Say They Won’t Pay For Wrongful Death Suit Against Nick Gordon

“Mrs. Hargrove has, and continues to attempt to improperly compel the Houston’s to engage in conduct in violation of their fiduciary obligations to the KEH 2012 Trust by seeking to force the Houston’s to improperly authorize reimbursement to the estate for payment of claims against the estate and to fund the pursuit by Mrs. Hargrove of an unauthorized wrongful death action against Gordon,” the Cissy and Pat said in court papers.
The Houston’s want a full accounting of Hargrove’s expenses, and asked the court to monitor her work on Bobbi Kristina’s estate going forward. They also filed a counterclaim for their legal fees and want a judge to dismiss Hargrove’s suit.
