ABC Denies Raven Symone Will Be Leaving The View
Is everyone’s least favorite bird getting the boot from ‘The View’ or nah? According to E! News, ABC leadership is very happy with the controversy and ratings Raven-Symoné has brought to the show:
The rep continues, “Ratings are up. We are very happy with the team we have. Raven is a great addition to the panel.”
Despite some backlash following her thoughts about the Spring Valley High School assault incident as well as the heat she received after saying she wouldn’t hire someone with a “ghetto” name, ABC continued to praise her as a important part of the show.
“We love Raven,” a spokesperson for ABC told E! News at the time. “She is confident, genuine and opinionated, all qualities that make her a great addition to the panel.”
