Rumor control…

Who Had Tamar Fired From “The Real”???

Remember when we told you the shocking news that Tamar Braxton had been fired from “The Real”???

“THE REAL and Tamar Braxton have mutually decided that Tamar will not be continuing with the show for its upcoming third season. She will be leaving in order to concentrate on her solo career.

Everyone associated with THE REAL appreciates Tamar’s efforts and the contributions she has made to the show’s success, and we wish her all the best for the future.”

Well while Tamartians are still reeling over the news, more details have leaked including the alleged identity of the woman behind her firing.

TheJasmineBrand reports: exclusively reports, co-hosts of the hit daytime show ‘The Real‘ were blindsided by the news that Tamar Braxton would not be returning for another season.

A source tells us:

The co-hosts had no idea that Tamar would be terminated. Quite frankly, they’re devastated. There wasn’t a meeting called. There weren’t even warning signs and they had nothing to do with her firing. They didn’t even know that a statement was being put out.

The show is currently on hiatus until August and sources say the decision was solely on the executive producer of the show.

Another source adds:

The hosts really get along behind-the-scenes and they’re pissed that they were left in the dark about this.

We’re told that each co-host has their own contract, so even if they wanted to band together to prevent this, they couldn’t. Each talent contract differs with their pay, the length of their contract with the show, etc.

Loni Love has since echoed the sentiment that she had NO IDEA that Tamar was being let go…

Hmmmmm….so maybe it WASN’T one of her co-hosts who betrayed Tamar but the show’s EP….

Hit the flip to meet the executive producer of “The Real.”

Rachel Miskowiec was named EP of “The Real” in 2015.

Warner Bros reports:

Emmy Award–winning producer Rachel Miskowiec has been named the new executive producer/showrunner of Telepictures’ one-hour daytime talk show “The Real.” In joining “The Real,” Miskowiec takes the reins of the #1 new first-run syndicated strip of the 2014–15 season among the key advertiser demographics of Women 18–34, 18–49 & 25–54, and will lead the show into its second season, which debuts this fall. The announcement was made today by Donna Redier Linsk, Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Programming, for Telepictures.

An accomplished producer with a long track record of success in both daytime and news programming, Miskowiec comes to “The Real” after serving as executive producer of the 8:00 a.m. hour of the #1 morning news program in the country, “Good Morning America.”

While Msikowiec is being called out as the person who axed Tamar, a number of fans are still wondering WHY she was let go.TamarFiredFeat

Hit the flip for a possible explanation.

Tamar performing poorly with focus groups could be the reason why she was nixed.

Via The JasmineBrand:

So why was Tamar terminated? We’re told that no one outside of Warner Brothers and the EP know why she was let go. We hear that focus groups may be to blame or her relationship with production. There are also reports that Tamar may have been difficult for production to work with.

Sources also tell us that Warner Brothers has not determined if they will attempt to replace Tamar Braxton or if the show will keep its remaining 4 co-hosts.
Tamar Braxton, nor any of the co-hosts have yet to comment. Reportedly, Tamar is no longer following any of the co-hosts on social media. A source tells us that she unfollowed them because she probably doesn’t want to see them posting about the show that just axed her, unfairly.

What do YOU think about Tamar being fired from “The Real”???WENN
