A Meharry Medical School grad, Dr. Sims practices in the city where they apparently connected and fell in love.
And now according to K, they’re so in love that they’re ready to start a family.
All the while K’s been proudly flaunting her new relationship, someone (of course) has been trying to rain on her parade.
