Remember when we told you that K. Michelle is blissfully happy and booed up with a mystery doctor???

Well that man has been revealed as Dr. Kastan Sims, a general dentist from her hometown in Memphis.

A Meharry Medical School grad, Dr. Sims practices in the city where they apparently connected and fell in love.

And now according to K, they’re so in love that they’re ready to start a family.

All the while K’s been proudly flaunting her new relationship, someone (of course) has been  trying to rain on her parade.

An anonymous tipster sent an email to Fameolous accusing Dr. Sims of two-timing K. Michelle with his SECRET FIANCEE.

SMH!!! Hopefully this isn’t true, K seems soooo happy.
