Exclusive: Steve Francis’ Ex-Wife Wants Baller Jailed For Ignoring $3 Mill Divorce Settlement

Shelby wants Steve’s income withheld in order to get the debt paid – and wants her ex-husband thrown in jail for six months for violating the divorce deal. After that sentence, Shelby asked the judge to put Steve up in the county jail for another 18 months – or until he pays the debts in full. And once he gets out, Shelby said she wants Steve to be put on “community supervision” for the next decade.

She also wants an order allowing her to stay in their marital home for another year rent free.

Shelby said their settlement states that if Steve was more than 30 days later in paying her alimony, the entire $1 million would become due.

She said that Steve’s failure to pay up means she hasn’t been able to move house, and Steve has been threatening to evict her from their marital home.

A judge has yet to rule on Shelby’s motion, which also includes a stipulation that she stay rent free at the marital home for a year.
