“Power” Season 4, Episode 5 Reactions
If you watched the explosive latest episode of “Power” then you no doubt saw the moment that Angela Valdes finally made herself useful this season and got the charges against Ghost dropped.
After reviewing surveillance footage and seeing that James didn’t hide a gun in his office at Truth nightclub, Angela tells Sandoval [Greg Knox’s actual killer] that they’ve got the wrong guy but gets completely ignored.
Angela then decides to testify and throw the case by implicating her team’s bias and misconduct against James. Hysteria then ensues; Maks drops the bomb to the judge that Angela and James were having an affair and an irate Judge Tapper dismisses the case but not before scolding the prosecution and promising to conduct an investigation.
All this, of course, comes after that bloody scene where Ghost kills Marshal Williams with a jailhouse weight and then frames Biscuit for it with help from Teresi.
Fans of the Starz series are STILL in shock about what happened.
