YouTuber Serves No Jail Time For Sex With 12-Year-Old Girl
There doesn’t seem to be very much “justice” in this current system…
A disgusting YouTuber named Jeff Calica was offered a pathetic plea deal after being charged with having sex with a 12-year-old girl on two separate occasions.
According to DailyMail, Calica plead guilty to one charge of lewd and lascivious behavior.
It is reported that he met the girl on YouTube and began communicating with her via Google Hangouts to plan the pedophiliac meet-ups.
We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention that he drove 160 MILES to have sex with this child in the library parking lot next to her school. TWICE.
Here’s is the victim impact statement from the victim’s family:
‘Your actions and assault [have] turned our lives upside-down and caused a happy little girl’s life to be ripped out from under her feet and be put into a tail-spin of depression, isolation and bitterness.’
Calica will have to register as a sex offender and has been banned from social media sites frequented by children.
Like THAT’S some kind of punishment. SMFH.
