French Montana Is Global Citizen Ambassador Of Ugandan Philanthropy<//
For all the headazz statements about “nappy hair”, womanizing and problematic lyrics about domestic violence, French Montana still has some semblance of a soul.
According to TMZ, the Moroccan rapper was honored as a Global Citizen Ambassador for his charitable donations to the African country of Uganda.
French visited the country when he shot the “Unforgettable” music video with Swae Lee. He saw first hand the extremely underserved healthcare system that Ugandans are living with and decided to help change that. French donated $100,000 for a hospital to be built and got Diddy, Ciroc Foundation and The Weeknd to match his six-figure donation.
It’s said that over 250,000 will be the beneficiaries of this money. Good on French.
