It looks like Common and Angela Rye’s activist affection has come to a close.
The rapper and the political analyst already had tongues wagging that they were no longer an item over the weekend when Common attended the Academy Awards without Angela on his arm.
But to put all doubt aside, Angela confirmed to Page Six in a statement that she and Common are cooling things down in the romance department and demoting each other to the friend zone.
“We have and will always be friends. He is an amazing human being, and I’m a much better person because he’s a part of my life. May we all keep loving and living.”
Aww. Common hasn’t had the best luck in the love department over the years…hopefully he’ll find a lady he can stick with soon.
