Cuba Gooding Jr. Seen On Camera Groping Woman
Cuba Gooding Jr. is in HOT water after he was seen on camera groping a woman by touching her thigh and breast according to footage obtained by TMZ.
30 minutes later, while Cuba and his girlfriend were on the couch making out, the woman confronted him in front of security to report that she had been groped. Cuba walked right past her…
It doesn’t look like security believes the woman as he shakes his head and the woman appears to yelled “Yes, he did!”
Despite the fact that Gooding’s lawyer said that he saw “no criminality” in the video, the actor still turned himself into the NYPD to answer for charges of misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree.
