Things are getting ugly between rapper Rick Ross and his former partner Briana Camille in their legal battle over their small children.

The Maybach Music CEO has filed a flurry of accusations against the pregnant mother of his two children, including claims that she’s keeping the kids away from him, is dragging their case out, and refuses to return his company car, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP.

Late last week, Ross countersued Briana for joint legal custody of three-year-old Berkeley and two-year-old Billion, arguing that even though he’s stepped up child support, she’s “engaging in erratic behaviors” and refuses to grant him parenting time with the tots, his countersuit states.

“Defendant asserts that he will not be able to exercise parenting time with the minor children without the intervention of the court to ensure that parenting time is granted,” Ross wrote in court papers.

Ross, who filed the paperwork under his legal name, William L. Roberts, said Briana Camille has unnecessarily prolonged the case by initially refusing to take a DNA test when he offered to pay for one back in Feb. 2020. Instead, Ross said she filed a motion for him to take the test, which he said racked up lawyer’s fees.

He also accused Briana Camille of being in possession of a Mercedes GL SUV that belongs to Maybach Music and despite his pleas, won’t return it.

We exclusively revealed that Briana Camille sued Ross over legitimation and child support of the two kids and the child she is expecting this fall. She accused the “Aston Martin Music” hitmaker of kicking her and the kids out of his house late last year and failing to support the children for months nor providing help with her prenatal care. She said she’s had to spend thousands on the kids since their split, and hadn’t worked in four years after she was medically discharged from the military.

“We look forward to the court ruling on our client’s request for financial support from the father of the children,” Briana’s lawyer Randall Kessler told BOSSIP.

In his new filing, Ross denied kicking Briana and the kids out of the house and insisted that Briana maintained a separate home 10 minutes away, where her two teenagers from a previous relationship lived. Ross claimed that Briana isn’t broke and receives a monthly income from her time in the military and “has the ability for gainful employment,” his court docs say.

Ross’ lawyer, Leron Rogers, told BOSSIP that his client still hasn’t been able to see the kids since he filed, but hopes the judge will step in.

“Mr. Roberts simply wants to handle the business between the parties so they can get on with co-parenting the children,” Rogers told us. “The children are the focus for him.”

Ross also asked the courts to appoint a special advocate for the kids, known as a “guardian ad litem” to evaluate both parents and report their findings back to the judge.

Both sides are due in court next month.
