Judge Orders Rick Ross To Pay Baby Mama Briana $8,500 In Child Support

We exclusively revealed that Briana, a military veteran, sued the “Aston Martin Music” artist earlier this year for legitimization and support of their two children. Ross then countersued her, and asked for joint custody. Last month, the judge ruled that Ross was the father of the two tots.

In the order, Judge Edwards noted that Ross tried to downplay his income and refused to hand over details about his finances to Briana’s lawyer. Nevertheless, the court found that Ross owned several businesses and his income was significantly higher than $30,000 a month. Briana, meanwhile, is making $142 a month, according to the court order.

The judge addressed the issue of the Mercedes SUV that Briana Camille has been driving that she says was a gift but Ross claims belongs to Maybach Music Group. Judge Edwards said neither side presented enough evidence to prove their claims and he’d make a ruling at a later date.

Both sides are due back in court next month.
