The exes also agreed that Thomas would have liberal access to the baby, including weekend visits – but would have to fly to see the baby in Texas where she lives with her mother, the order states. Thomas would initially get four hours of supervised visits on weekends, but after the fall, he’d have gradual additional unsupervised time with the child and would eventually get to spend all weekend with the baby.

Although their case is still ongoing, this temporary deal will at least settle the former lovers’ concerns over access to and support of their little girl in the short term.

Thomas sued Galore for paternity legitimation and more, accusing the model of keeping the baby away from him. But Galore filed a multimillion-dollar countersuit against him that contended that he physically abused her while she was pregnant but would lure her back to him with expensive gifts.

We’ve reached out to lawyers for Galore and Thomas for comment. So far, we haven’t heard back.
