Last weekend, Drake received one of the biggest accomplishments so far in his career at the 2021 Billboard Awards, “Artist of The Decade.” What better way to celebrate such an epic accomplishment than renting out the biggest football stadium around for a few friends and people that helped you along the way?

In a move only few would think of, Drake rented the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and covered the 50-yard line with his upcoming album logo along with a banner around the arena that read; “Congratulations Drake! Artist Of The Decade.”

Drake had a dinner table at the 50-yard line for a small intimate meal and to make matters all the more fun, the food was catered by Los Angeles favorite Dave’s Hot Chicken. Guests included Chris Brown, Kehlani, Tory Lanez, and more.

Let’s take a look at everyone who showed up to help Drake celebrate this occasion after the jump.

Drake took to Instagram to reflect on the night with his close family and friends with a quote that he seemingly lives by.

Never show anger at slight. Tell nothing. Earn respect from everyone by deeds, not words. Respect the members of your blood family. Gambling is recreation, not a way to earn a living. Love your father, your mother, your sister, think harder about who you call your brothers and beware of loving any woman other than your wife…

SoFi Stadium has a capacity of 70,000 and the stadium sits on 298 acres which were more than enough for an intimate party but sometimes you just have to flex your muscle. Winning Artist Of The Decade is the perfect opportunity to flex and bring everyone together reflect just how far you’ve come. Among those in attendance Chris Brown, DJ Khaled Doja Cat, The Weeknd, Quavo, Jas Prince, Tory Lanez, and More.

“I’m really self-conscious about my music, and even if I do a good job, I always wonder how I could have done it better,” Drake said. “I rarely celebrate anything. And just for anyone watching this that’s wondering how this happened, that’s really the answer: being so unsure how you’re getting it done that you just kind of keep going in the hopes of figuring out the formula.”

“But tonight, for once,” Drake continued, “I’m sure as hell we did something right.”

As you sit at the 50-yard line in an empty stadium eating with your team it’s safe to say that’s enough confirmation that you did something right.
