Since making his first post-jail public appearance “the people” have been thirsting for as much T.I. as possible. So when @Tip popped up on Twitter yesterday promising a major announcement, a rack of folks went ham sandwich. But we found this T.I. video letting the people know how he (and his alter ego Tip) REALLY feel about Twitter.
