Although this sounds like a horrible accident, Bryhana Monegain claimed 50 Cent’s aim was as intentional as Cardi’s mid-concert clapback. On Wednesday night, she filed a police report saying that he looked directly at her before hurling the mic. She says there’s no way he didn’t see her before the incident.

Sources told RadarOnline that Bryhana was in the wrong place at the wrong time, not because of the unfortunate injury but because she was in a restricted area. They shared that 50 was simply trying to discard the faulty equipment into the pit. That should’ve been a low-risk move because they say other people aren’t even supposed to be in the pit at all.

50’s attorney responded to the accusations, denying that he intentionally struck Bryhana with the broken mic.

“Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone. Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed,” said 50’s attorney Scott Leemon, Esq.

Falling or flying equipment seems like a good reason to limit access to the pit. Concert crew members would be the only people expected there, working quickly in the dark. Alleged line-stepping or trespassing would definitely be taking a risk.

Do you think 50 Cent should face charges for cracking Bryhana Monegain in the face with a mic?
