We probably shoulda guessed that the temporary tatts BeyBey wass wearing the Fall 2010 Dereon campaign had something to do with another way for her to make money.

Mama Tina recently revealed that House of Dereon is partnering with airbrush makeup firm Temptu to release a limited edition line of temporary tattoos just in time for Christmas.

“With a Sixties-pinup-girl meets-futuristic-biker-chick theme, Beyoncé and I really wanted to give our Deréon fall 2010 campaign a tough edginess,” said Tina Knowles, Deréon’s founder, creative director and designer. “We decided to invite Temptu to help us create custom body art for her to model with our fashions. The resulting images were so strong that we realized consumers might want to re-create the tattoos themselves.”

Sixties-pinup-girl meets-futuristic-biker-chick. No words.

The tattoos are due on Nov. 1, and are available in both deluxe and basic packages. Designs include Deréon’s signature fleur icon, rocker bolts and chains, jewel baubles and spider designs. All are waterproof and designed to last for two to five days.

For $16, stans and fashionistas can get the basic kit with two transfer sheets of each design and ten applications pads, delivered in one of three kit designs, with an image of Mrs. Carter from the Fall 2010 campaing.

For an extra $18, you can get one of 500 deluxe kits, which also include an autographed photo of Bey and a chance to win a photoshoot in New York. The kits will be available at Sephora stores in the U.S. and Canada, and online at sephora.com, temptu.com and dereon.com.

And experts expect Tina Sr. and Jr. to make $200,000 off this idea.

Glad to see the Carters are each pulling their weight.
