Despite what today’s culture would have you believe, being a celebrity isn’t really the best path to the good life.
Somebody has to cut these actors’ checks, right? Those check writers are the ones you should be trying to live like. Take this guy for instance.
36-year-old Ryan Kavanaugh is the founder and CEO of Relativity Media, the company behind such hits at 300, American Gangster, Blood Diamond, Limitless, V for Vendetta and Waist Deep, to name a few. Ryan just placed this 2-bedroom, 3.5 bath Malibu home on the market for $10.5 Milli. The house was built on La Costa Beach in 1955, just steps away from the ocean, and features sprawling view of Santa Monica Bay.
While living in Malibu, Ryan, who is responsible for 56 movies to date, used to commute to L.A. via helicopter… til his L.A. neighbors started hating and beefing, that is.
Flip through and see if you think this house is worth the dough.
