Today is of course a heavy one for most Americans.

But for many, it marks the tenth year that they have taken time to stop and remember what will likely remain one of the worst days of their lives: the day they watch the Towers fall and New York City come to a standstill, bringing the rest of the world to a stop with it.

The Ground Zero Memorial was dedicated this morning to mark the tenth anniversary of September 11 as planned, even though it isn’t fully complete.
