Singer Jennifer Hudson has finally set a date to wed her longtime fiancé David Otunga; however, she refuses to leak the intimate information. Nonetheless, the soulful star did spill a few details on the second most important part of any wedding: the dress! In an interview with NBC’s Dateline host Lester Holt, J. Hud lets us know that her wedding garments will be “a show” all on their own. She explains:
“Oh, we’ve set the date. We’re just not telling. … no, not telling. Some things you keep to yourself. (but) I could tell you about my dress if you want to hear about the dress… It’s a show. It has three pieces to it. I designed it myself. It has a coat for the entrance and then when I get ready to walk, you take that part off. And then it’s another dress. And then by the time I get to the alter, it’s a whole new dress.”
Girl, for all that just find you a justice of the peace, elope and call it a day. SMH.
