George Lucas Couldn’t Get Red Tails Off The Ground For 23 Years Because His Cast Was Too Black [Video]
George Lucas was ready to roll with a production of Red Tails decades ago, but studios were too racist to help him out. It’s pretty cool that Lucas has been down with an all-black cast for so long, especially given how whitewashed his Star Wars films were. Let’s hope Red Tails does well enough to warrant more projects like it.
