A “Lil Positivity”: Clap It Up For Paul Wall’s Wife Crystal Flossin’ Her New Slimmy Trimmy Cakes At Zumba Class

- By Bossip Staff

Major props are in order for Crystal Wall, Paul Wall’s wife, who recently lost 30 lbs doing Zumba and has started teaching classes in Texas.

Crystal’s transformation is part of a bigger movement, spurred largely by QD3 who has launched a new initiative and website called FeelRich.com that focuses on spreading positive health and fitness messages to the young multicultural. This site is the first site to strictly target urban demographics and have enlisted the help of celebrities such as Paul Wall, Crystal Wall, Bun B, Slim Thug and more to spread the word.

Here’s what she had to say about her transformation:

“Through the process of going through Zumba, I lost 30 pounds doing something that I loved to do and I felt like I got myself back and I could be an inspiration to other moms. I got back to me and I want to motivate and inspire other people,” says Crystal Wall. “I wanted to get involved with Feel Rich because it provides people the tools to work out free, set goals, learn how to eat well and gives them no excuse. You can’t say you don’t have money or you don’t know.”

We’ve got some great photos from her recent class, where Paul Wall, Bun B and Slim Thug all came by to support her.

This is such a great movement, especially because obesity is such a huge issue in our community. Clap it up for Crystal — and Paul Wall, Bun B, Slim Thug and the other folks who’ve gotten involved in FeelRich.
