Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are currently overseas where she’s been doing some performances. Carey previously tweeted photos of herself and son Moroccan, in Morocco. The couple is now in Italy, but the picture sharing hasn’t stopped — like for example, the shot above which was tweeted out by one of Mariah’s fansites:
Carey retweeted the shot, which shows the busy singer toting both kids — at the SAME DAMN TIME! Twins sure are a handful.
