Which Miami Heat Baller Is Selling His Miami Home
Via Realtor
This baller’s contract is set to expire after the 2013-2014 season, making him a lucrative trade chip for the Miami Heat — which might be one of the reasons why the 34-year-old forward is selling in South Beach. Two weeks removed from hoisting the Larry O’Brien Trophy for the second time in as many years, he has hoisted his Coconut Grove home onto the market.
It’s a rather quick turnover for him, who paid $1.6 million for the residence in June 2012. He now asks $1.895 million for the Mediterranean-style home, which at 4,800 square feet is roughly a third the size of teammate Chris Bosh’s waterfront mansion. Described as charming and well-maintained, his residence features a gourmet kitchen, a covered patio area with a pool and a downstairs office with a “cabana bath.” Each of the home’s bedroom suites sports private terraces, and the master bath comes with his and her walk-in closets.
Any clue who it might be? Flip it over to find out for sure.
