Accidental Racism? 10 Most Racist Moments In Sports History
Racism in America is stronger than ever in 2013 and you’re either out of touch or racist yourself if you disagree. Why racists chose THIS year to show out, we don’t know, but race relations are only getting worse, especially in pro sports, where athletes apologize weekly for accidental racism.
Here are the ten most racist moments in sports history. Take a look.
Eagles WR Riley Cooper threatens to fight “ALL the n****rs” at Country music concert
No one knew who the fifth string Eagles receiver was until this:
What happened next was 100% deserved as Twitter dragged him through Hell and back by his Confederate ponytail.
Don Imus refers to Rutgers women’s basketball team as “nappy headed hos”
The old, decrepit poo-stain sparked widespread outrage with his disgusting comments, apologized and was fired by CBS. But, as we all know, racism in America pays and he soon bounced back with a shiny new multi-million dollar deal with Fox.
Fuzzy Zoeller, Tiger Woods & fried chicken
You may remember when the gleefully-racist golfer poked out his chest and spouted pure racism after Tiger Woods dominated pro Golf’s most sacred Major—The Masters.
“You pat him on the back and say congratulations and enjoy it and tell him not to serve fried chicken next year. Got it? Or collard greens or whatever the hell they serve” – Fuzzy Zoeller, who met with Tiger and apologized over lunch.
Note: Winner of the Masters selects the Masters Champions Dinner the following year.

Jimmy The Greek breaks down why “The Blacks” are better at sports on NATIONAL TV
The infamous sports personality ruined his legacy with one of the most racist statements in modern sports history.
“The black is a better athlete to begin with because he’s been bred to be that way — because of his high thighs and big thighs that goes up into his back, and they can jump higher and run faster because of their bigger thighs. This goes back all the way to the Civil War when during the slave trading, the owner — the slave owner would breed his big black to his big woman so that he could have a big black kid.”
Iconic broadcaster Howard Cosell calls Redskins wide receiver Alvin Garret “that little monkey”
