Now THIS is some serious babymama drama…

Denise Richards Awarded Temporary Custody Over Brooke Mueller’s Kids

In the never-ending drama that is Hollyweird actor Charlie Sheen and his latest ex-wife Brooke Mueller, Child Protective Services have now removed Brooke and Charlie’s two 4-year-old twin sons from their mother’s home and awarded temporary custody to Charlie’s other ex-wife, Denise Richards.

Social workers with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services removed Charlie Sheen‘s twin sons, Bob and Max, from their mother Brooke Mueller‘s care because of allegations the boys were not safe because of her ongoing alleged drug use, and in perhaps a surprising move, Sheen’s ex, Denise Richards, has been awarded temporary custody, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

“Brooke was given many opportunities by social workers to clean up her act. Social workers felt that Bob and Max weren’t safe in Brooke’s care. The decision was made late on Thursday afternoon, and the boys are no longer in Brooke’s care. It’s expected at some point the boys will be taken care of by Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, who has cared for them in the past when Brooke went to rehab,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

As we previously reported, kind hearted Richards took care of Bob & Max last year when Mueller went back to rehab.

At the time, the Wild Things actress told Access Hollywood, “They’re our family and they’re Sam and Lola’s brothers, and I can’t imagine growing up without my sister, so anytime she needs help, I’m there for the boys.”

Mueller is “in a very, very bad place right now. She is absolutely despondent that she lost the boys. Maybe this will finally make her realize that she needs to get help,” the insider said.

These poor kids! How confusing it must be for them at such a young age to be in a situation where neither of their parents are fit to care for them. SMH.
