A picture is currently circulating online of President Bill Clinton during a recent visit to The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
In it, we see Billy Boy showing some love to Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. of which he became an honorary member of in 2009.
Unfortunately for Bill and his frat brothers, they’re getting a little backlash online from folks who don’t realize that the 42nd President of the United States is an official member of the org.
