Khloe Kardashian Dishes On Her Weight Loss

Khloe Kardashian is showing off her weight loss after dropping 13 pounds in three months. The reality star recently dished on her slim down which she credits to workouts five times a week and cutting dairy of out her diet.

E! News:

“I try to work out five days a week,” Khloé, 30, said. “It’s a lot, but I feel great when I do it. On the weekend I have a gym in my community. I try to do cardio.

You just turn on some junk TV and you don’t realize what you’re doing, and I love that. I used to not watch what I ate. I would just kind of eat whatever. I was realizing, ‘I work out all the time. Why can’t I drop this weight?’ It’s really food. So I started dieting a little. I don’t eat dairy anymore—or I try not to, because I’m addicted to cheese!”

Before revamping her diet, she thought, “‘That’s such B.S. Dairy’s not going to change anything. I lost like…13 lbs. from just cutting out diary,” Khloé said.

Khloé said she also tries to drink at least five liters of water per day. “Right now I’m taking certain things out of my diet little by little. I’m not in a rush to lose [weight],” she shared. “I want to make this my life.”

Khloe looks great especially since her fake azz is on fleek these days.
