Florida City Renames Part Of Highway After President Barack Obama To Represent It’s Progress
Riviera Beach, FL renamed a part of Old Dixie Highway after President Barack Obama. The Florida city made the grand gesture in hopes of helping the city “move passed it’s segregated history”. Many rejoiced as the sign was being lowered Thursday, cheering underneath it.
You know was else is cool about this? The first street to intersect Barack Obama Highway is Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
