The multi talented writer, actor and director Tyler Perry is also a multimillionaire and has called a $25 million replica of Versailles his home until its sale this month.
Worth a staggering $450 million, Perry has been living the life of a prince in his version of the 1682 royal chateau, situated in Atlanta.
But one lucky buyer just purchased the property for the knock-off price of $17.5 million, after it was put on the market back in June last year.
The home has a resort-style infinity swimming pool, a lighted tennis court, a fully equipped gym, a spa, a theater, a hobby house, gardens, a caretakers suite and an underground ballroom.
It also includes its own generator, guard house, presidential-level security, access to the Chattahoochee River and two gated residential entrances.
The 34,688 sq. foot mansion is set on a 17 acre estate and is the most expensive home to go on the market in the state, according to Atlanta Fine Homes, who made the sale.
