But in the end Brooklyn Family Court Judge John Fasone ruled that the case would go on, although he came down hard on Nottes for keeping him in the dark about the show. The judge barred both attorneys from naming the show in court so it wouldn’t mess up her deal, but given that Torres has two kids with an NBA player, we’re speculating that it could be “Basketball Wives.”

“I think everyone in this room wants Ms. Torres to be earning an income,” Judge Fasone said. “It’s good for the children for both parents to be working.”

Torres sued Stephenson to double her child support to $12,000 a month for their two kids, Layla, 5, and Lance Jr. 2, arguing that she needed the increase to help her move to a safer neighborhood, get childcare so she could go back to school, buy furniture and pay for pricey summer camp and private school tuition.

While on the stand, Torres said the show contacted her and flew her out to LA for meetings and test filming. She said she hasn’t looked for work outside of the reality show, and her contract allows cameras and film crews to shoot her at home. Torres got testy when Greenberg asked her if she wouldn’t let Stephenson see the kids unless he bought them something.

“Absolutely not,” she said.

Greenberg also questioned Torres about her fledgling music career, including a freestyle cover of Madeintyo’s “Uber Everywhere” that she posted on Soundcloud with the chorus “Money, money, money, money everywhere.”

“Were you editorializing on how you felt about your life right now?” Greenberg asked Torres before her lawyer objected.

Lawyers for both Torres and Stephenson will submit closing arguments next month, and then the judge will issue a ruling.
