Tobey Maguire Divorces Wife Jennifer Meyer After 9 Years Of Marriage
Hollywood star Tobey Maguire has decided to call it quits from his jewelry designer wife Jennifer Meyer reports People Magazine. The couple met back in early 2003 and were married just four years later in a small wedding ceremony in Hawaii.
The two released this joint statement following the breakup:
“After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple,” Maguire and Meyer said in a joint statement to PEOPLE. “As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”
The former couple share two children: daughter Ruby, 9, and son Otis, 7. We hope they can make the best of the situation despite the divorce proceedings.
