Mariah Carey Reacts To Nick Cannon Baby News
Mariah Carey is doing just fine after not only splitting from James Packer, but learning that her ex-husband is expecting another child.
As previously reported Nick Cannon shocked fans when he announced on The Breakfast Club that his ex, Beauty Queen Brittany Bell, is expecting his baby.
“I got a baby on the way. God said be fruitful and multiply,” said Nick. “I’m doing the Lord’s work.”
Mariah’s stayed mum on the matter but she was recently asked by Extra to address it. At a launch for her docu-series, “Mariah’s World” Mimi denied being “distraught” after Mario Lopez shadily wondered aloud if she was. “I’m definitely not distraught,” said Mimi.
Mario said, “You look like life is good, you’re handling everything well. You don’t look distraught at all.” Mariah replied, “
Do I look distraught?” Mario clarified, “No, I said you don’t look distraught.” Mariah said, “Okay, good. I’m definitely not distraught.”
She also added that she’s “supportive” of Nick who apparently stumbled telling her the news. “He kinda said yes,” said Mariah.
“I’ll always be supportive of him… and this is all news to me, ’cause I didn’t know about this till maybe last week. I asked him a question and then he kinda said yes, but didn’t, and I’m like, it’s kinda confirmed… If he’s happy that’s great.”
