Judge Grants Joint-Custody Of Son To Deandre Jordan
Deandre Jordan has been desperately trying to get legal rights to spend time with his son for about a year new according to TMZ.
Yesterday, the Los Angeles Clippers’ baller was finally granted joint-custody of his infant son.
Deandre’s baby mama, a woman named Ashley Rose, has been fighting tooth-and-nail to keep sole custody, legally and physically.
It is said that Deandre became extreme emotional while testifying and openly wept during the hearing. He argues that he simply wants an opportunity to be an active parent to his child.
There aren’t many details about why Ashley doesn’t want share custody with Deandre, but clearly she either thinks he isn’t fit to be a father, or she has some other angle…
Judge ruled that both parents have to keep drugs and alcohol away from the child and out of their systems during visits.
Hopefully these two can keep the peace for the child’s sake.
