Chris Brown And Jacob York Swap Words Over Court Date

Now that Karrueche Tran was finally able to serve Chris Brown with those pesky restraining order papers…the little hassle of court comes into play.

If you’ll recall, Karrueche wants a permanent restraining order granted against Chris amid claims that he’s abused her over the years, threatened her life, and generally won’t let her live (behind closed doors).

Chris wasn’t exactly ready and willing to accept the paperwork in the first place — not to mention he’s currently on a nationwide tour — so it should come as little shock that he no-showed for court on Tuesday. However, Karrueche is busy on-set in New Orleans, so she wasn’t exactly available herself.

According to TMZ, Kae attempted to schedule a call-in for her statement, but the court wasn’t quite here for it. Instead, the judge ordered that BOTH of them show up, in person, on June 15.

Kae’s manager Jacob York was elated that his client/friend Kae would finally get her day in court with Chris to shut down his stalkery ways once and for all:

Of course, Breezy took to social media to cry “fake news,” and called Jacob a snake when he pressed him about the court date.

Well, as Jacob says we’ll see what’s what when these two show up in court in a few weeks…
