A twitter user who needed a Lyft recently says rapper Roscoe Dash was on the receiving end of his request. In the tweet, the user attempts to put the rapper on blast for canceling his ride. Roscoe Dash rapped on a record with Waka Flocka called “No Hands” back in 2010 that went 3 times platinum.
