Rapper Yung Mazi Killed
An Atlanta rapper who’d been shot multiple times reportedly died this weekend. Yung Mazi who made headlines back in 2016 when he was shot while at a Buckhead Waffle House, is believed to be dead.
Several local rappers including Rich Homie Quan confirm that Mazi was killed Sunday in Atlanta’s Kirkwood neighborhood. Mazi was signed to Kevin Gates’ Bread Winners Association.
The AJC reports that a man was killed Sunday just before 9:30 p.m. as he left Urban Pie pizza restaurant on Hosea L. Williams Drive which is across
the Zone 6 police precinct.
Police have yet to release the victim’s identity but report that they’re looking for a single shooter; a man with dreadlocks in a bun.
This is so sad, Mazi previously said in a video that he was “bullet proof” and taunted his shooters.
